We typically need a space of approximately 10 feet by 10 feet to ensure a comfortable, safe, and efficient setup. This allows room for our equipment, guest flow, and an overall polished experience.
Setup generally takes about 45 to 60 minutes. We arrive early to allow ample time for installation, testing, and final adjustments so everything is fully ready before guests arrive.
Access to power and WiFi is helpful, but not always required. If either is unavailable, simply let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly and ensure a smooth experience.
Yes, we are fully insured and can provide a certificate of insurance upon request. This is available for venues or event planners that require documentation prior to the event.
Travel is included within 15 miles of Boise. For events located beyond this range, a travel fee may apply and will be discussed in advance so there are no surprises.
If the event runs longer than scheduled, we’re happy to discuss extension options. We’ll review availability, additional time pricing, and a clear contingency plan ahead of time to keep everything seamless.
